30-Day Guarantee

You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to decide if The Spark Cube is right for you. If it is not, email us at support@solarenne.com with your order number and we will provide instructions for a return and full refund.

How to Start a Return

Email support@solarenne.com within 30 days of delivery, including your order number and the reason for your return. We will respond with the next steps, including where to send the item back.

Condition of Returned Items

Please return the product with all original accessories included (remote, cables, and packaging where possible). Items that are heavily damaged outside of normal use may affect the refund amount, which we will always discuss with you directly before finalizing.

Return Shipping

Once you contact us to start a return, we will provide the shipping details and instructions for sending the item back to us.

Refund Timing

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund within 5 to 10 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take a few additional business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
