Products and Pricing

We reserve the right to amend prices for our products at any time, and to correct any pricing errors that may arise. All prices are stated in US dollars. Customers in the UK, Australia, and Canada will see charges converted to their local currency at checkout, at the rate applied by our payment processor at the time of purchase.

Orders

We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraud.

Refunds

Refunds, returns, and our 30-night trial are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, available at solarenne.com/policies/refund-policy, which forms part of these Terms. In summary: furniture purchases include a 30-night trial with no restocking fee and complimentary return shipping; damaged or defective items are eligible for a replacement or refund upon provision of photographic evidence within 48 hours of delivery. The Return & Refund Policy governs in the event of any conflict with this section.

Accuracy of Information

We endeavor to be as precise as possible in our product descriptions and specifications. We do not warrant that product descriptions or other content on the site are free of error. Should a product itself not be as described, your remedy is to return it in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
