Solarenne extends shipping to the United States, United Kingdom, Australia, and Canada.

Shipping Cost

Shipping is complimentary on every order to the regions above.

Delivery Time

Delivery is completed within 6 to 8 business days of purchase. This is an estimate offered in good faith, not a guarantee — actual delivery time may vary with location and carrier conditions.

Multiple Parcels

Certain items are shipped in more than one parcel, which may arrive on separate days. Please allow every parcel to arrive before beginning assembly. Parcel count for each product is stated on its product page.

Order Tracking

Tracking information is furnished automatically by email once your order has shipped.

Damaged Shipments

Should a shipment arrive damaged, please send photographs of the affected item to support@solarenne.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund from there.
